Special Processes / Customer Approvals
Shimco’s new special processes line and assembly capabilities enable fully vertically integrated solutions and a “ONE STOP SHOP” where customers benefit from improved lead-times, reduced costs and zero-defect products. We are approved under many different special process approvals and our special processes operations are open to provide customers with very competitive prices. Our special processes are open to all aerospace and defense customers as we are Nadcap accredited. We are fully capable of using hexavalent chrome special processes yet remain focused on non-hexavalent chrome processes in all areas to be compliant with strict international REACH standards and to ensure the safety of our employees and end customers, as well as to minimize any impacts on the environment.
