Solid shims and machined details

Shimco manufactures solid shims and details (machined solid parts) in a variety of unique custom profiles and thicknesses. As experts in manufacturing, we produce quality parts per our customer supplied specifications. Working with a wide variety of materials our capabilities include precision machining, drilling, slotting, turning, forming, deburring and part marking. We also coordinate with our vendors to meet any heat treatment or surface finish requirements. Starting in 2021, we will offer surface finishing in-house. Quality Assurance facilitates in-process inspections with a final thorough inspection of all processes to ensure me meet the exacting tolerances typically required from our customers.
