Shimco’s new special processes line and assembly capabilities enable fully vertically integrated solutions and a “ONE STOP SHOP” where customers benefit from improved lead-times, reduced costs and zero-defect products. We are approved under many different special process approvals and our special processes operations are open to provide customers with very competitive prices.

We are fully capable of using hexavalent chrome special processes yet remain focused on non-hexavalent chrome processes in all areas to be compliant with strict international REACH standards and to ensure the safety of our employees and end customers, as well as to minimize any impacts on the environment.

Send us a Purchase Order in advance of Shimco receiving the parts, to allow us to schedule your order

Shimco will acknowledge your PO and the completion time
You arrange for the drop-off and pick up of your parts (or let Shimco arrange shipping for you)
