CAMBRIDGE, Ontario June 8, 2017 – Shimco, an award-winning, world-wide leader in the manufacture of precision parts and gap-management solutions will join other leading Ontario aerospace manufacturers at the 52nd edition of the Paris Air Show taking place at the Le Bourget Parc des Expositions from June 19-25, 2017. The Ontario Government, in partnership with the Ontario Aerospace Council (OAC), is organizing the province’s presence at the Paris Air Show in the Ontario Pavilion located in Hall 3, Booth C60.
Representing Shimco on stand will be Peter Voss, President and CEO, and Jason Boland, Sales Manager. Voss is pleased to be a returning exhibitor at one of the largest worldwide events dedicated to the aviation and aerospace industry, to showcase Shimco’s precision parts, laminated, edgebonded and tapered shims & spacers, as well as to discuss the company’s expansion plans in 2018 that will add processing capabilities and a research & development “Center of Excellence”.

The last edition of the show, held in 2015, featured more than 2,300 exhibitors from 48 countries and 91 official delegations. The show was attended by more than 150,000 industry professionals from Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Industry professionals announced US $130 billion worth of orders at PAS 2015.
