• Class 1A – For maximum protection against corrosion, painted or unpainted.
• TYPE 1: IMMERSION CHEMICAL CONVERSION COATING PROCESS
• Alkaline Clean / Rinse/ Etch / Rinse /De-ox / Rinse /Chem film coating / Final Rinse.
• TYPE 2: MANUAL CHEMICAL CONVERSION COATING PROCESS
• Manually abrade Surfaces with fine Scotch-Brite pads / Rinse with clean DI water / Apply the chemical conversion treatment solution from storage bottles using a clean cloth, brush or sponge / Reapply the solution to keep the surface wet. / Rinse with clean DI water.
